Tokala the Arctic Fox

Tokala is a clever Arctic Fox who lives in the snowy North. But his home is melting because the Earth is getting too warm. Every time the snow disappears, Tokala helps his fox family move farther north to stay safe. He works very hard and teaches Zumbee that one of the big problems is trees being cut down.

Tokala is smart and thankful. As a gift for Zumbee’s help, he gives her something that looks like a stick but is actually a special piece of technology to help her protect more animals around the world.

Teri the Turtle

Teri the Turtle is a gentle leatherback who loves the ocean and her sandy beach home. One day she notices that the beach is full of trash and it's making her turtle friends sick. Some baby turtles cannot even reach the sea because the garbage is in their way. Teri calls her friend Zumbee for help.

Teri is caring and brave. She knows that when everyone works together, big problems can be solved. Thanks to her and Zumbee, the community comes together to clean up the beach and keep it safe for all creatures.

Deja the Bee

Deja the Bee is Zumbee’s smart and brave sister. She loves to learn new things and is always paying close attention to what’s going on around her. In the story Save the Bees, Deja was the first to notice that something strange was happening when the bees started getting sick. She figured out that the problem was the spray coming from the airplanes above.

Thanks to her quick thinking and knowledge, she helped Zumbee come up with a plan to protect the hive. Deja teaches kids that being curious and asking questions can help solve big problems. She’s a true Earth Guardian and a hero in her own special way.

Kilee the Bee

Kilee the Bee is one of Zumbee’s sisters, and she’s great at solving problems. When the bees were getting sick, Kilee shared a really smart idea. She told everyone that there are farms that grow food without using harmful sprays. She said if people eat food from those farms, the bees would be safer and everyone would be healthier too.

Kilee shows kids that there’s always a better way to do things. She loves helping her bee family and the earth by finding smart solutions. She’s a real Earth Guardian who uses her brain and heart to make the world a better place.
